Can you prepare a BOQ from architectural drawings?
Yes. BOQs can be prepared from architectural drawings and coordinated with structural and MEP information where required.
Can you extract quantities from BIM models?
Yes. BIM models, including Revit models, can be used for model-based quantity extraction and quantity schedule development.
Can you verify an existing BOQ?
Yes. Existing BOQs can be independently reviewed for quantity discrepancies, missing items, duplication and other measurement-related issues.
Do you provide contractor bill verification?
Yes. Contractor bills are reviewed against approved BOQs, measurements, drawings, variations and project records, including rate, deduction, retention and advance recovery checks.
Can Quantity Surveying help control construction cost?
Yes. Regular quantity tracking, variation management, bill verification, reconciliation and cost reporting give better visibility and help identify cost impacts early, while corrective action is still possible.

Common questions
Can you create a BIM model from PDF or CAD drawings?
Yes. Suitable architectural and structural PDF, DWG or DXF drawings can be used as the basis for BIM modelling.
Do you provide MEP BIM modelling?
No. Our BIM services focus on architectural and structural modelling. MEP modelling is not included in our standard scope.
Can you coordinate architectural and structural models?
Yes. We review and coordinate architectural and structural BIM information to identify relevant inconsistencies and clashes before they reach site.
Can you model an existing building?
Yes. Existing buildings can be modelled from available drawings, survey information, site measurements, photographs or point-cloud data.
Can BIM be used for Quantity Surveying?
Yes. BIM quantity extraction integrates with our Quantity Surveying services, connecting model information to measurement and BOQ workflows.
